To become a Fleming SAC club, club executives must fill out the club approval page to be approved by the board of directors. Once you are an approved club you have access to many club benefits.
Before hosting a club event you must complete the Club Event Plan form and submit it to the Programming and Engagement coordinator.
Keep track of Long-Term Assets purchased by your club using this form. Assets owned by SAC must be returned to the SAC office at the end of each academic term.
Club funding operates on a reimbursing basis, all club purchases must be approved by the club executives and Programming and Engagement Coordinator. This form must be submitted before the purchase is made.
Each year club executives must fill out the club renewal form to state any changes in the operations of the club.
