The Fleming SAC Board of Directors is required to meet a minimum of once monthly throughout the academic year on matters relating to Fleming SAC's mandate and responsibilities.
In keeping with our By-Laws and Policies, minutes at all meetings of the Board of Directors are recorded. If you wish to review these minutes please make a request by email to info@flemingsac.ca identifying by date the documents you wish to review and a copy of the minutes will be available for your review at the Fleming S.A.C. office Room C1 430 on the Fleming Sutherland Campus within 3 business days.
As you know the AGM is a great opportunity for students to be informed about what has happened in the last year and provide the SAC with direction when it comes to where advocacy is needed.
Much has happened in the past year in respects to food, transportation, housing, academic support, and communication. We want to share this information with the students, because we strongly believe this opportunity will build trust, and encourage students to voice their needs to the SAC.
